Rehabilitation & physiotherapy
Most of SilverFit’s products have been originally designed to be used during geriatric rehabilitation
SilverFit solutions are used in many facilities: elderly assisted living, clinics and hospitals, rehabilitation centers, daycare, etc. They are aimed at various groups of patients and meet different therapeutic objectives.
The systems are used for rehabilitation, fall prevention programs, and for functional training, in support of physiotherapists (in geriatrics), occupational therapists, activity coordinators, and carers involved in the well-being of clients. The use of equipment is therefore most often part of a therapy, but it can also be used in adapted gymnastics sessions to the elderly, often provided in elderly care homes, and sometimes independently by residents.
The target groups: stroke patients, patients with total hip and knee prosthesis, people suffering from Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia, fall prevention, patients suffering from osteoarthritis of the hip and knee, suffering from COPD and cardiovascular disease and people with multiple disabilities.
